🎁 Types of My Baby Spa Vouchers

We currently offer two types of vouchers:

1. £ Value Gift Voucher

A monetary voucher (for example £25, £50, £100+) that can be used towards any experience at any My Baby Spa branch.

2. Parent Package Voucher

A voucher specifically for our Parent & Me spa experience, covering the full package cost.

This voucher is valid only for this experience and cannot be used for other services.

How to Redeem a £ Value Gift Voucher

If you’ve received a monetary gift voucher, you can use it across any of our baby, toddler, or family spa experiences.

Step-by-step booking guide:

Step 1 – Visit our website

Head to the My Baby Spa website and click:

Step 2 – Choose your branch

Select your preferred location/branch.

Step 3 – Pick your experience

Browse our experiences and choose the one that suits you and your little one best.

Your voucher can be used towards:

• Baby spa sessions

• Toddler experiences

• Parent & baby treatments

• Celebration packages

• Or any available experience

Step 4 – Check availability

Once you select your experience, you’ll see our calendar.

• 🟢 Green dates/times = Available

• Not green = Fully booked/unavailable

Choose your preferred slot.

Step 5 – Apply your voucher code

Proceed to checkout.

On the payment page:

• Scroll down to Promo Code

• Enter your voucher code

• Click apply

Your £ amount will automatically be deducted from the total.

Step 6 – Pay any remaining balance

If your booking costs more than your voucher value, simply pay the difference using:

• Card

• PayPal

Step 7 – Confirm

Double-check your date and time carefully, then click Book Now.

You’ll receive:

✅ Confirmation email with full booking details

Select your preferred My Baby Spa branch.

Step 2 – Go to Parent & Me Spa

Click:

Step 3 – Select “Parent Package”

From the dropdown menu, choose:

Parent Package

(This ensures the voucher matches correctly.)

Step 4 – Choose your date & time

Check the calendar and select a green slot.

Step 5 – Add your voucher code

On the payment page:

• Scroll to Promo Code

• Enter your code

• Apply

The full package value will be deducted automatically.

Step 6 – Confirm booking

Double-check your details and click Book Now.

You’ll receive your confirmation email with everything you need for your visit.
