Terms & Conditions

My Baby Spa aims to implement fair terms and conditions for everyone.

Cancellations & Refunds

We have a no refund and no date change policy here at My Baby Spa due to the size of the business.

Once booked, the session date and time cannot be changed or refunded. If you are no longer able to attend, you can sell/gift on your experience to someone else.

If My Baby Spa has to cancel a spa for unforseen circumstances, we will offer you an alternative date or a voucher to the value of the session that you paid.

Vouchers

All vouchers are non-refundable and have an expiry date of 12 months from date of purchase. Once the voucher has passed the expiry date, it will no longer be valid and cannot be used.

To redeem the voucher, choose an available date and time on the website. Once you reach the checkout, type in your voucher code under 'Enter a promo code'.

The £ value of the voucher that was purchased, will be the amount deducted at the checkout.

Admin Fee

An administration fee of £20 will be applied for the processing of administrative changes. This covers associated processing fees and staff costs. This fee is non-refundable and payable in addition to any other charges where applicable, or shall be deducted to funds already held.

Photos & Videos

We will ask permission before taking videos and pictures which is on the booking form. If permission is given, these will be used for business promotion across social media, leaflets, news articles and other sources of marketing.

Responsibility & Supervision

You are fully responsible for your child/children throughout the spa experience and must supervise them at all times. My Baby Spa spa leaders are not permitted to take responsibility of your children at any time.

Bookings

Please fill out a booking form via the 'Book A Baby Spa' page of the website and obtain a booking confirmation email before accessing the spa. We do not accept phone bookings, and it's your responsibility to verify that all the details on your booking form are correct including date and time as any changes may incur an admin fee.
