However, if you no longer want the unused voucher, it may be used by another recipient if as long as it is within the voucher’s validity period. No. Vouchers are issued as a monetary value and are not tied to a specific experience or package. They may be used toward any available service, at any branch, with the voucher value deducted from the total cost at the time of booking. If the chosen experience exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid. Any unused value cannot be exchanged for cash. The only exception is the Parent Package voucher, which is experience-specific. This voucher may only be redeemed against our Parent & Me spa experiences and must be booked using the “Parent Package” booking option in order to receive the full package benefits. Parent Package vouchers cannot be used toward other services or converted into monetary credit. All bookings are subject to availability.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the voucher. Once this date has passed, the voucher becomes void and cannot be used, reactivated, or extended under any circumstances. We provide a full 12-month validity period, which is considered ample time to book and redeem your experience. We therefore strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Expired vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged, or credited toward future bookings.
