CANCELLATION POLICY

 

In a situation where My Baby Spa has to cancel the event, you will be notified via email and offered an alternative session or a voucher equivalent of the session value on with 12 months validity EXCEPT for cancellations due to weather. Cancellations due to weather will result in a date change. No refunds will be offered on any occasion.

 

 

We do not offer refunds for sessions that you are unable to attend that are going ahead. You may however, give your ticket to someone else. You will need to inform us of the new adult and baby's details. 

 

 

Due to the small size of My Baby Spa, we do not change dates of booked sessions.
